About Natali

I am a broadcaster, writer, and speaker. I am the anchor of Code Forward on MSNBC and a contributor for CNBC. I am also the writer of this very blog that you are visiting and for that I thank you.

My specialties include business, technology, and personal finance. I am a personal finance enthusiast and autodidact. On this site, I share with you what has taken me years to learn in the hopes that I can inspire you to always be in control of your wealth building goals.

Prior to NBC, I was an anchor and contributor for CBS Interactive and CBS News. I have also contributed to CNN, ABC News, G4TV, BBC, The CW, Fox News, Fox Business News, and Univision (Spanish-language reporting).

I have written for Consumer Reports, WIRED, Variety Magazine, MarketWatch, TechCrunch, The San Francisco Examiner, PC Magazine, ELLEgirl, The Oakland Tribune, and more. I have a bachelor’s degree in journalism from California State University, Hayward and a master’s degree in sociology from the University of Southern California.

Prior to 2010, you may have seen my work under my maiden name, Natali Del Conte.

I am from the San Francisco Bay Area but live just outside of New York City in a charming New Jersey train-stop town full of very inspired thinkers. I really love it here.

I live with my husband Clayton and our two lovely children. My sole focus is to not screw them up.
